Today was my first time covering volleyball this season. We typically light our indoor sports, but the coach of the team I was covering specifically asked me not to use my flash. I didn't argue with him about it, but I wish I would have, because trying to shoot high school volleyball at 6400 ISO, under recycling gym lights, isn't pretty. Anyway, I told myself that even though I was out of my element (i.e. bad light, cluttered background, etc.) I wasn't going to let that stop me from shooting the best picture possible, and this is what I came up with. Technically it's pretty weak, but I liked the moment. Enjoy!
